Creative Director
The Creative Director will have a strategic voice in driving creative and cultural opportunities/experiences, including identifying and securing partnerships and collaboration opportunities to strengthen underserved communities (with focus on the Black Country and surrounding areas) of children, young people and young adults (under 35yrs), within the following three key frameworks: Story of Change, Behaviour Change and System Change. This is a new dedicated role, with PbC becoming one of Arts Council England’s new combined arts National Portfolio Organisations (NPO) and will require close collaboration across the organisation.

Salary: £35,027 - £45,000

Head of Business Development

Creative Programmes Producer (Arts, Culture and Civic Change)

The Creative Programmes Producer will work alongside the Creative Director (CD), identifying and securing partnerships and collaboration opportunities in support of strengthening underserved communities of children, young people and young adults (under 35yrs).
The Creative Programme Producer should champion the rights for children, young people and young adults and drive opportunities for them to become socially engaged in arts, education, culture and civic change.

Creative Talent Producer
Powered by CAN (PbC) are looking for an educator to take a youth-led approach, to develop creative and cultural skills which respond to local to nationally identified needs, driving careers, creative enterprises and providing opportunities for change in the current system.
You will be the convener, connector and champion for arts, culture and civic change in communities, building relationships with partners and key stakeholders in communities and schools across the Black Country and surrounding areas for underserved communities of children, young people and young adults (under 35’s).

Community Producer (Citizenship, Collaboration and Civic Change)
A Community Changemaker with a key responsibility for identifying localities, as a convener, connector and champion for arts, culture and civic change in communities, identifying and securing partnerships and collaboration opportunities in support of strengthening underserved communities of children, young people and young adults (under 35yrs).
You will be pro-active in working with young people and key decision makers from local organisations and services to design, plan and deliver against key targets.

Creative Learning Associates (Freelance)
Powered by CAN (PbC) are looking for Creative Freelance Associates to work as part of a dynamic pool of freelance staff to team delivering a wide range of projects (within the multi-faceted arts sector) with children, young people and young adults at their heart.
We are specifically looking for practitioners with experience in one or more of the following, Dance, Theatre, Visual Arts, Poetry, Literature, Digital Design and Film/Media Production and also Creative Entrepreneurship.

Youth Mentor (Brotherhood)
To provide a mentoring service delivered by positive male role models to Young Black Men (YBM) aged 10-19 in Sandwell and surrounding areas of the Black Country/Birmingham. The project will support YBM to be at the centre of conversations and action-taking to address racial opportunity disparity and prejudice that is impacting their mental wellbeing. Through mentoring, life coaching and workshops, the project will aim to shift power imbalance, elevate aspirations, improve mental and physical wellbeing and improve each young person’s personal and educational development.
Term: 24 months
Salary: £21,674 - £23,546 pro rata
