Service Manager: Senior Producer (Arts, Culture & Civic Change)

Powered by CAN, PbC) is looking for an creative, ambition thought provoker that uses the power of arts, culture and civic change as a as catalyst for every child in the Black Country. The Service Manager/ Senior Producer will work alongside the Head of Programmes, Participants and Principles and the CEO, Identifying and securing partnerships and collaboration opportunities in support of strengthening underserved communities of children, young people and young adults (under 35yrs).

The Service Manager should champion the rights for children, young people and young adults and drive opportunities for them to become socially engaged in arts, education, culture and civic change.

Term: 31st March 2028

Salary: £26,125.60 - £30,077.00 Pro Rata

Place Development and Funding Officer

The Place Development and Funding Officer will lead place-based investment and regeneration across the Black Country Network, helping children, young people, and community-led organisations access resources, influence decisions, and shape outcomes.

Charging Up Change is a place-based initiative strengthening collaboration across the Black Country to address inequality, amplify youth voice and enable long-term systems change. Bringing together VCSE organisations, cultural partners, public bodies, funders and decision-makers, the network improves alignment, shared learning and collective impact.

The role will unlock equitable investment, strengthen network members’ economic resilience, and embed community voice in regeneration, cultural, and infrastructure strategies. Working with the Network Manager, the postholder will help make the Black Country a hub for inclusive, youth-led growth.

Term: Fixed Term until March 2030

Salary: £28,288 pro rata

Powered by CAN is recruiting dynamic and passionate Freelance Creative Practitioners to join our Arts Collective and Talent Pool of Creative Facilitators. We are looking for skilled individuals across a variety of art forms to deliver high-quality programmes, workshops and masterclasses for young people aged 2-21 years in the Black Country.

Our programmes cover a broad spectrum of creative disciplines and are designed to inspire, educate, and engage children and young people through participatory learning and artistic expression. If you are an experienced facilitator in one of the following areas, we would love to hear from you:
