Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a teacher, school leader, trainer and coach in mainstream, alternative and special schools.
Between 2018-22 Mark worked as Equal Parts Education, a company that delivered tutoring for permanently excluded students across the Midlands, as well as working in partnership with schools and universities to deliver behaviour training and coaching to staff at all stages of their careers.
Since 2022, Mark has led on Behaviour, Attendance and Wellbeing across the twelve very different secondary schools in The Mercian Trust as a Director.
