Kalman programmes arts events and workshops for young people across the Black Country. That could be graffiti workshops, dance masterclasses, podcast projects, or anything else that young people want to do.
He enjoys producing things that change how people feel about the Black Country, making it a place where cool, funny, beautiful things are possible, and artists and young people are empowered.
Outside of work, Kalman is a writer, writing dark comedy stories, films, and plays, all set in the Black Country.
