Next Generation Now – called Next Gen – works in partnership with young people of all abilities in the wider Black Country to make the most of buildable benefits of activities, programmes and services. Through long-term engagement, Next Gen can offer the greatest opportunities for personal development, youth leadership, and longer-term educational and employment progression.
