The “Hearts of Stourbridge” project, a collaboration between Powered by CAN, King Edward VI College students, and artist Luke Perry, has transformed the Stourbridge ring road with 60 vibrant, student-designed flags. Funded by Arts Council England, this youth-led public art initiative promotes community positivity and creativity.
